There are a lot of people out there that use the snoring mouthpiece to help with their problem. I also hear a lot of professionals that recommend it too. I’m not going to deny that such a device doesn’t work because it really works, but it definitely isn’t the best approach to take. Using this type of device will drive you crazy when you’re trying to sleep. It’s not designed or even compatible with the sleeping process, which will only leave you with another problem like insomnia. I’m here to tell you to say goodbye to your snoring mouthpiece and say hello to the jaw supporter.
Scientists have figured out that the jaw is actually the cause of snoring. When you fall asleep it falls down on your throat and puts pressure on it. By simply closing the jaw, you won’t have this problem. The reason the mouth piece works is that you’ll always feel the need to bite it in place. This biting action keeps your jaw in an upright position and you don’t have to run into problems. This may all sound great, but the snoring mouthpiece has an issue; saliva. It will literally build up in your mouth as you sleep and it will literally choke you in the middle of the night.
What you should be using is a jaw supporter because it will control the jaw from outside of the mouth. It wraps around your chin and the top of your head. This means you’ll get the full support for your jaw and you won’t have a buildup of saliva.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
I haven’t checked in here for a while because I thought it was getting boring, but the last several posts are good quality so I guess I will add you back to my everyday bloglist. You deserve it my friend
